I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist providing individual and family therapy. With extensive experience in mental health counseling, I specialize in working with both children and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, and substance abuse. My expertise includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and art therapy.

I have a Certification in Art Therapy, which I integrate into my therapeutic approach to help patients express emotions and heal through creative processes. In my practice, I work with both American and immigrant families, helping them navigate emotional and psychological challenges, including cultural transitions, trauma, and adaptation to new environments. I provide culturally sensitive therapy, addressing issues such as identity struggles, intergenerational conflicts, and the stress of acculturation.

In addition to my clinical work, I have extensive experience in addiction recovery and behavioral therapy, supporting patients on their journey to healing through evidence-based interventions. I am also passionate about education and have taught Polish history and language while providing counseling support to students and families. Furthermore, I have contributed to the academic field through publications in *ASYSTENT* magazine and the *England Journal of Medicine.*

I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology from The New School University and a Master of Education from Teacher Education University in Poland. I have completed specialized training in family therapy and addiction counseling and am currently pursuing NLP Practitioner Certification. My commitment is to provide innovative, personalized, and culturally sensitive mental health care to individuals, families, and communities.
