I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist providing
individual and family therapy. With extensive experience in mental
health counseling, I specialize in working with both children and
adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, selfharm, and substance abuse. My expertise includes cognitivebehavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and art therapy.
I have worked extensively in addiction recovery and behavioral
therapy, helping clients navigate their paths to healing through
evidence-based interventions. Beyond my clinical work, I am
passionate about education and have taught Polish history and
language while providing counseling support to students and
families. Additionally, I have contributed to the academic field
through publications in ASYSTENT magazine and the England Journal
of Medicine.
I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology from The New School University
and a Master of Education from Teacher Education University in
Poland. To further expand my expertise, I have completed
specialized training in family therapy and addiction counseling and
am currently pursuing NLP Practitioner Certification. I am committed
to providing innovative and personalized mental health care to
support individuals and families on their journey to well-being.
